The mind constructs a very personal version of reality for each of us, but this playground us mere mortals play in is so insignificant in the larger scheme of things, yet how we choose to perceive this world matters way beyond it.

According to Aristotle, ‘potentia’ is a strange realm that exists between possibility and actuality. Physicist, John Wheeler, suggested that we ‘create’ the universe in the act of perceiving it.

Like our sense of beauty, like our sense of humour, like our sexual preferences, reality lies (mainly) in the eye of the beholder.

During the Reagan administration, the House Science and Technology Subcommittee released a report containing a chapter on the “physics of consciousness”. The report stated that psi research deserved Congress’ attention because “general recognition of the degree of interconnectedness of minds could have far-reaching social and political implications for this nation and the world.”

Why was this topic supported for two decades, under the watchful eyes of highly skeptical CIA and DIA contract monitors and world-class scientific oversight committee?

For one very simple reason: Consciousness is the all-pervasive energy – the Unified Conscious Energy Field that is the ultimate architect of the universe. It creates as it wills.
